David A. Bernstein is Managing Director of Westhill Capital Group, Inc., a west coast based consulting firm. The firm assists high technology companies in the areas of corporate development, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and acquisitions.

Mr. Bernstein’s background includes executive positions in finance and corporate development with several Fortune 100 companies where he was responsible for deal structuring, negotiation strategy and valuation of numerous acquisitions and divestitures.

He is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree. He is listed in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry.
